Hi El, thanks 4 ur comments,All the weddings items accesories are PLATED with Gold from the original silver colour. Especially the Gold Boxes with 24kGold. If i mentioned it wrong, then ill be the first one to sue the weddings accessries supplier !!

Agreed with L&B, why in the first place must a customer sue L&B for stating a wrong facts anyway?? Hey, kalau dah mahal, ader ker customer nk beli, so L&B has taken a gud step by renting out....i am so sick of some customer pandai sgt comment yg mcm nie, sucks man...sorry i got too emotional but sometimes commentors need to say the right thing at the right place. Seller pun kena ada mindset yg btul tuk customer service yg baik. Lgpun kan muslim kan, whatever sold/rented have to be exactly as per described. Kang tak pesal plak dapat duit tak halal. Luckily I dont get that kinda answer dpd L&B, kalo tak dpd saya tul2 nk berurusan dgn L&N, trus tak jadi Hail Lace & Beads!!

Customer sue company tu dah lazim especially in global market. If not sue, they put up a dispute. Since Lace&Beads dah pon bukak website sendri (meaning they're willing to go further globally although mungkin tak terfikir lagi) saya just nk bukak satu scenario baru supaya kakak2 kita ni berhati2. Out there, nak berjaya bukan setakat barang je kena bagus, layanan jugak (dah berpengalaman sebab biasa dgn customer overseas kat ebay). There's even one seller yg saya berurusan di ebay bila kata barang tak sampai, dia trus refund semula tanpa banyak soal. For them, customer is always right.
